The business world is seeing increasing levels of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA). The impact of crises can be far-reaching and the ability to effectively manage the consequences is imperative to the continuity of a business. The best leaders are quick to process a situation and develop an action plan to overcome catastrophe.
An effective crisis management plan is the best way to minimise damage to your organisation’s reputation and revenue. During a crisis, organisation’s must protect their image to potential customers, existing customers, stakeholders, and employees.
Detect and prevent crises before they even happen and help build and maintain an excellent reputation. Learn how to create effective strategies and lead an organisation in times of crisis to ensure survival and future success.
The pre-requisites for this credential are:
- A bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution
- At least five year’s work experience, at least three years of which must be at a managerial, supervisory and/or senior professional level.

What should you bring to this Credential?
Learning materials will be provided to you through the teaching of this credential and via Canvas, our Learning Management System. Learners are welcome to bring devices such as laptops and tablets to class, as well as any content they believe will contribute to the learning environment. Learners will be completing this program alongside Curtin’s MBA student cohort.
